Ingredients

  • For hummus
  • 15 ounces (1 can) garbanzo beans, drained
  • 14 ounces (1 can) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 ounces toasted pine nuts
  • 2 ounces sesame seed paste (tahini)
  • 6 ounces The Greek GodsĀ® Traditional Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Process the first 12 ingredients in a food processor until well blended and smooth.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in the onion and feta.
  3. Sprinkle on paprika.
  4. Serve the spread with dippers.
