Greek Gods Coffee Cake

  • Makes 1 loaf, 10 slices
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Greek Gods Chocolate Mocha Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • Streusel
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. cold butter
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup icing sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, and grease a loaf pan, or bundt pan with butter, set aside
  2. In a medium sized bowl, with a wooden spoon, cream butter and sugar until combined, mix in eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add Greek Gods Chocolate Mocha yogurt and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
  4. Sift the flour into the wet mixture and add salt, baking powder and baking soda, and mix in with the wooden spoon.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine streusel ingredients, and crumble together. Stir this into the cake batter and pour into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes in preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, place on cooling rack, and sprinkle with icing sugar.
