Ingredients

  • 16 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 16 ounces dark red kidney beans drained
  • 2 medium chopped tomatoes drained
  • 1 teaspoon chopped canned green chilies
  • 4 ounces sliced black olives
  • 1 large avocado mashed
  • 4 ounces The Greek GodsĀ® Traditional Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon italian salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar
  • 4 ounces crushed corn chips

Directions

  1. Combine lettuce, beans, tomatoes, chilies and olives in a salad bowl – refrigerate
  2. For the dressing blend avocado and The Greek GodsĀ® plain yogurt, add the Italian dressing, onion, chili powder and salt and refrigerate
  3. Season salad with salt and pepper and toss with the avocado dressing.
  4. Top with cheese and corn chips
