This is great used as a dressing, dipping sauce for wings, sandwich spread, burger topper or in place of mayonnaise on potato salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 ounces The Greek Gods® Traditional Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
  • or The Greek Gods® Nonfat Plain Greek-Style Yogurt (1/3 cup)
  • 4 ounces buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk the yogurt, buttermilk and mustard together until smooth.
  2. Whisk in chives, parsley, green onion and red pepper and garlic (if using) until combined.
  3. Add salt and pepper, whisk to combine.
  4. Enjoy!

  • 3/4 cup = 6 ounces
  • 2/3 cup = 5 1/3 ounces
  • 1/2 cup = 4 ounces
  • 1/3 cup = 2 2/3 ounces
