This is great used as a dressing, dipping sauce for wings, sandwich spread, burger topper or in place of mayonnaise on potato salad.
2 2/3 ounces The Greek Gods® Traditional Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
or The Greek Gods® Nonfat Plain Greek-Style Yogurt (1/3 cup)
4 ounces buttermilk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Whisk the yogurt, buttermilk and mustard together until smooth.
- Whisk in chives, parsley, green onion and red pepper and garlic (if using) until combined.
- Add salt and pepper, whisk to combine.
- 1 cup = 8 ounces
- 3/4 cup = 6 ounces
- 2/3 cup = 5 1/3 ounces
- 1/2 cup = 4 ounces
- 1/3 cup = 2 2/3 ounces
- 1/4 cup = 2 ounces
