Power Smoothie

Power up your morning with this delicious quick smoothie. You can make it with The Greek Gods Traditional Plain OR Nonfat Plain Greek Style Yogurt.

Power Smoothie

  • 6 oz fresh frozen berries
  • 8.5 oz The Greek Gods® Traditional Plain or Nonfat Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
  • 8.5 oz cranberry juice
  • 2 oz ground walnuts
  • 3 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into glasses

  4. Serve with a straw!

  • 1 cup = 8 ounces
  • 3/4 cup = 6 ounces
  • 2/3 cup = 5 1/3 ounces
  • 1/2 cup = 4 ounces
  • 1/3 cup = 2 2/3 ounces
  • 1/4 cup = 2 ounces
