Serves 1


  • 1-2 bananas⁠
  • 1-2 TBSP sugar⁠
  • 1/2 TBSP cinnamon⁠
  • TBSP coconut oil, butter, or canola oil⁠
  • Your favorite flavor of Greek Gods Yogurt ⁠
  • Handful of pecans⁠
  • Honey for drizzling⁠


  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl⁠
  2. Cut bananas length-wise or into coins and completely coat with cinnamon-sugar mix⁠
  3. Heat oil or butter in skillet, and then add bananas⁠
  4. Cook bananas until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook other side⁠
  5. Carefully remove bananas with tongs or spatula and put onto plate⁠
  6. Top bananas with yogurt, pecans, & honey drizzle or other desired toppings!
