Ingredients


  • 1 cup, (250 mL) English / hot house cucumber
  • 1 cup, (250 mL) spinach, fennel and/or kale ~ or combination
  • ½ apple, seeded
  • 1 teaspoon, (5 mL) chia seeds
  • ¼ cup, (60 mL) fresh mint, rough chopped
  • 1 cup, (250 mL) Greek Gods Honey Vanilla Yogurt Honey Vanilla ingredient arrow
  • ¼ cup, (60 mL) ice water

Instructions


  1. In a blender combine the cucumber, leafy greens, apple, chia seeds, mint and Greek Gods Honey Vanilla Yogurt and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 1 – 2 tall glasses. Serve immediately.
